Hello! My name is David Witteveen.
I’m starting a Masters of Information Management at RMIT in 2017. This is my blog about libraries – libraries in general, and my specific area of interest which can be summed up in the question how can we use IT to improve access to library collections and resources?

Beyond libraries, I’m also an aspiring YA author. My interests include Amanda Palmer, Iain [M] Banks, Doctor Who, the artwork of Shaun Tan, making zines, goth/punk/alternative music, lefty-feminist-intersectional politics, and Australia’s weird but charming native fauna.
